Vaccines are available on a walk-in basis only in Campus Center room 101

Individuals can receive the COVID-19 vaccine or influenza (flu) vaccine, or both vaccine in one visit

Open only to children 6 months through 11 years old

Pfizer and Moderna Bivalent COVID-19 vaccines are offered at the PHPC vaccine clinic. The university highly recommends that all faculty, staff and students get vaccinated with a Pfizer or Moderna Bivalent COVID-19 booster vaccine as soon as they are eligible. 

Who is Eligible to Receive an Additional COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Vaccine

  • Individuals age 65 and older are eligible to receive a second bivalent dose four months after receiving a first bivalent vaccine. 
     
  • Moderately to severely immunocompromised individuals are eligible to receive a second bivalent dose two months after receiving a first bivalent vaccine.

In partnership with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, UMass Amherst continues to make vaccinations available at the university’s public COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

The vaccination clinic is run by the university’s Public Health Promotion Center (PHPC), in collaboration with the College of Nursing. 

The clinic is held in room 101 in UMass Amherst Campus Center, 1 Campus Center Way, Take the escalator or elevator to the basement level. Free parking is available at the nearby Campus Center Parking Garage.
